via our mobile app or web browser

You can register through the Niio mobile app, available on Google Play and the App Store, or by visiting Niio.com on your web browser.

Register instantly: select your preferred sign-up method using Apple ID, Google, Facebook, or your Email. Artists and galleries can immediately create a Free Pro Account to begin using professional management tools.

Pair your display

Connect your Niio account
to your screen easily

Use the pairing feature to link your TV to your Niio account. First, ensure your mobile device and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

How to pair your display using a QR code:

  1. Install and open the Niio Art Player app from your TV’s app store and select Pair Screen.
  2. Open the Niio mobile app, tap Menu, and select My Displays .
  3. Tap Add New Display and use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code displayed on your TV.

Ensure your settings 
are properly configured

Make sure that these baseline settings are configured in your Niio player:

  • Content Settings: Send specific content to display
  • Orientation: Portrait or Landscape as identified.
  • Discover area: Hidden.
  • Niio Logo: Removed.
  • Artwork Credits: Removed.
  • Playback duration: Default 300 sec (5 min).
  • Playback mode: Auto hide.
  • Scheduling: Only if required.
  • Offline mode: Enabled. Playback from internal storage, not streaming.
  • Display groups: Only if required.
  • Lock Mode: Define default.
