Purpose of the Role

Responsibilities:
- Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads and respond to product inquiries
- Develop demand generation to uncover and create new opportunities and partnerships that result in closed deals
- Use lead generation methodologies and tools to build accurate and targeted lists of prospects. Collect, grow, and maintain a lead database
- Understand client needs and tailor the appropriate solution
- Work closely with other members of the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and methodologies and to extend our reach into strategic accounts
- Continuously look for ways to improve our process and results,
- Present clear weekly reports to the VP Sales regarding status and progress
- Act as a soundboard, innovate and optimize workflows creatively to exceed sales revenues, Identifying potential partners, trends and markets
Requirements Excellent negotiation skills and strong sales capabilities
- Target oriented, driven and ambitious
- Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent English, Native level of written and spoken English is a must
- Experience in inside sales, business development, or sales development experience, preferably B2B, exceeding sales goals
- Experience with high-end luxury goods / art sales / interior design / hospitality, a plus
- Ability to travel, as required
- Methodological and organized
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and independent
