DMCA Policy<\/span><\/p>

(\u201c<\/span>Niio<\/b>\u201d) and its affiliates and subsidiaries to respect the legitimate rights of copyright owners, and we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “<\/span>DMCA<\/b>“), we have designated a Copyright Agent (as specified below) to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement in connection with Niio\u2019s website (available at: <\/span>\u00a0https:\/\/www.niio.com<\/span><\/a>) and Niio\u2019s platform (collectively the “<\/span>Services<\/b>“).
