Purpose of the Role
To drive and grow Niio’s B2B business in the US market through direct management of existing and new strategic accounts, while also leveraging sales partners.
Key Target Sectors include hospitality, corporate, real estate and medical sectors where customers are looking to bring immersive, high quality digital art/innovative new design experiences into their spaces while also supporting artists to showcase their work outside of traditional galleries and museums.
We’re looking for a rockstar revenue generator, with prior and proven experience in driving recurring business across our target business sectors. He or she will be keen to be a founding member of a kick ass US based sales organisation, with the desire to take an active role in rapidly growing business across the US, as the markets return from COVID. The chosen candidate will be passionate, resourceful, have a significant, relevant set of contacts and be excited about working in an emerging field that is soon to become a major consumer brand.
He or she will be very target orientated, motivated by a competitive environment and will at the same time represent the Niio brand with pride, while adhering to integrity and our people first company values.
Close recurring revenue deals with new and existing customers (upsell/cross sell) to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Hunt new opportunities from existing CRM contacts/past enquiries/ your own network as well as from Niio’s inbound marketing leads.
Inspire customers through magical ability to communicate Niio’s Offering and value proposition to decision-makers in the hospitality, corporate sectors and sales partners including leading architects and designers
Expert in qualifying business opportunities and then managing the sales cycle through to closure
Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams in the US and Israel to develop sales strategies for new and existing products and to collaborate throughout the sales cycle to optimise sales processes and maximise close rates
- Diligent CRM User – Document all activity in Hubspot and provide weekly progress reports to management
Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field
3+ years of experience at a B2B organization in an Sales or business development role (Preferably with recurring revenue offerings)
Specific experience within our target sectors, hospitality, corporate, medical, real estate (advantage)
Experience working with architects & designers (advantage)
Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking and listening
Able to work independently in an international, fast paced, start-up environment
