Inside Sales Representative
Niio is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative in our Tel Aviv office, to support our Sales and Business Development efforts in the US. As an Inside Sales Representative for an extremely innovative and forward-thinking Premium Content company, you will fill a critical role. By both generating and closing business opportunities, while working closely with the Regional Sales Manager in your region, you will be a key part of the team, directly growing and impacting our business and revenue in the company’s no.1 target market.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and who wants to be a part of a company experiencing high growth year over year.
Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly activity targets (KPI’s) and revenue quotas
Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) in the field to deliver on regional sales targets by dividing and conquering active opportunities, tasks and duties to build pipeline.
Qualify opportunities provided from inbound marketing inquiries, leads and event attendee lists.
Prospect into accounts in assigned territory using social selling techniques and best practices to reach decision makers and add opportunities to the pipeline.
Coordinate and conduct virtual demonstrations of Niio’s offerings.
Nurture relationships with current and prospect customers and identify key decision makers to deliver Niio’s value prop too.
Work renewals in territory and qualify for upsell opportunities.
Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, and other events in the field.
Minimum 3-5 years working opportunities from identification to close selling as an inside sales representative
Expert in conducting web demonstrations giving presentations and sharing desktop applications
Experience working in a team environment where inside and outside sales are working together in a territory to drive the same number
Experience in selling software/content/solutions via inside sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
English – Mother tongue level + additional language- a must
Excellent phone & email communication skills
Methodological and organized
Ability to navigate and enter data into CRM. Experience using Hubspot – a plus
Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexibility to work US hours and extended hours during peak periods at the end of the month and at the end of the quarter
